In early 2009, Tyler became interested in the U.S. debt and decided to put his analytical skills to good use. Conducting nearly 2 years of research, and combining a dozen distinct data sources from various public agencies, Tyler used PowerPivot for Excel 2010 to model the U.S. national debt and economy. The results of his research have been published in a new book, Understanding the United States Debt. In this session, Tyler will talk about his experiences using PowerPivot to combine, model, and analyze data.
