Jeff Mealiffe is a Senior Program Manager on the Exchange team.  He has over 10 years of experience working at Microsoft on the Exchange product.  In that time, his focus has been on performance, scalability, capacity planning, and deployment for the Exchange 2000, 2003, 2007, and 2010 products as well as the hosted Exchange products that Microsoft offers. His current work on the Exchange Customer Experience (CXP) team focuses on strategic hardware partner projects and working directly with some of our largest customers to ensure their Exchange deployments are running as well as possible. Prior to joining Microsoft, Jeff completed a degree in Cognitive Science at UC San Diego and managed a large scale messaging and directory infrastructure for a 15,000 seat organization.
