All confirmed exhibitor and sponsor companies will receive special registration codes from the Sponsor and Exhibitor Management Team. These codes will be distributed after the company has been confirmed for their booth space. The registration cancellation deadline is Tuesday, May 14, 2013. Registration cancellations received on or before Tuesday, May 14, 2013 will be eligible for a full refund, less a US$100 processing fee. No refunds will be provided to cancellations received after Tuesday, May 14, 2013

Substitutions are available online by logging into the Registration Returning Services site with your Microsoft account and selecting the option to perform a substitution from your Returning Services menu. Substitutions can only be performed on completed registration records and certain attendee types are not eligible.
