Room reservations are subject to availability. The registration website provides real-time availability. Reservations must be made through the registration site no later than May 14, 2013 to receive discounted rates. Hotels cannot accept reservations directly until after the cut-off date mentioned above. Rates do not include taxes or additional charges that may apply.
