Full conference registration prices
The full TechEd conference registration fee for attendees includes access to technology education sessions and content, plus breakfast, breaks and lunch each day of the event program (Mon-Thu). Attendees will also receive a TechNet Subscription Professional NFR, a TechEd bag, notebook, pen, shirt, name badge, lanyard, and access to the TechExpo Reception, Community Night, Jam Sessions and Attendee Closing Party.

Pre-Conference seminars take place on Sunday, June 10, 2012, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Be sure to select the option during registration to register for a seminar. TechEd North America has a Group Manager option to help you create, manage and submit payment for multiple registrations. To use this feature, create a Group Manager account first. Follow the onscreen instructions to create an account, then select "Register a Group." Contact the registration team for assistance.
Sponsor And Exhibitor Registration

All confirmed exhibit and sponsor companies will receive special registration codes from the Sponsor and Exhibitor Management Team. These complimentary and discount codes will be distributed after the company has registered and been confirmed for their booth space. Please work with your internal contact responsible for your TechEd North America 2012 booth space to obtain your registration code before you register.

To view a printable version of your invoice/receipt or last confirmation email for your Microsoft TechEd North America 2012 registration, visit the registration site, login with your Windows Live ID or email address and password and select the option to view your invoice or confirmation from your Returning Services menu.
Cancellations

The registration cancellation deadline is Thursday, May 17, 2012. Registration cancellations received on or before Thursday, May 17, 2012 will be eligible for a full refund, less a US$100 processing fee.
Cancellations and substitutions are available online by visiting the registration site, logging in with your Windows Live™ ID or email address and password and selecting the option to cancel your registration. Substitutions can only be performed on completed registration records. There is an option to retain your myTechEd account.

Substitutions are available online by visiting the registration site logging in with your Windows Live™ ID or email address and password and selecting the option to perform a substitution from your Returning Services menu. Substitutions can only be performed on completed registration records. Note that the myTechEd account will transfer to the new registrant.
