Shuttles will be provided from most of the Microsoft Tech·Ed North America 2011 conference hotels and the Georgia World Congress. Many hotels are within walking distance. Shuttle schedules will be available onsite.

Managing Your Reservation
- Changes and cancellations will be accepted online through the Tech·Ed North America 2011 registration site until Thursday, April 21, 2011. You may also contact the Registration Team at TechEd2011@microsoft.crgevents.com for assistance.
- All change requests are subject to hotel availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the hotel. Check the status of your reservation online by visiting https://registration.crgevents.com/TechEd2011, logging in with your Windows Live™ ID or username and password, and selecting “Review” from your Returning Services Menu.
- After Thursday, April 21, 2011 new reservations and change requests must be made directly with the hotel. Discounted rates and change requests are subject to hotel availability.
