- Reservations must be made during the registration process no later than May 13, 2010 to receive special discounted rates.

- Changes and cancellations will be accepted online through the Tech·Ed 2010 registration site until Thursday May 13, 2010. You may also contact the Registration Team at TechEd2010@microsoft.crgevents.com for assistance.
- All change requests are subject to hotel availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the hotel. Check the status of your reservation online by visiting https://registration.crgevents.com/TechEd2010, logging in with your Windows Live™ ID or username and password, and selecting “Review” from your Returning Services Menu.
- After Thursday, May 13, 2010 new reservations and change requests must be made directly with the hotel. Discounted rates and change requests are subject to hotel availability.
